Implemented the ability to copy blocks

Blocks are copied with all parameters. In order to copy the block, you have to click on it with the right mouse button and select - Copy.
Then move the mouse to the desired location, click the right mouse button and select Paste.
The block will be copied to this location with all the parameters. In order for the Insert menu to work without shifting the canvas, you can select the option - Undo copying. Then this menu will not be displayed when clicking on a blank canvas until the next copy.
Copying parameters occurs at the time of insertion. That is, if the parameters of the copied object were changed after copying, they will be changed at the time of insertion.
This option is available for the Maximum version.
